The HOPCoPilot Agents for PLAUD AI are designed to support operational learning and insights in field-based work. The Agents are available at no cost for non-commercial use.

Ethical use of AI technology is important. Our agents have been instructed to not identify any individuals in the summary and ouput documents. The agent will also look for any harmful communication that was captured during the discussion and will redact that from the output.

Non-commercial use means that the Agent or any of our materials materials can be used by an individual to generate profit, financial gain, or other forms of compensation or reward for themselves. If you are a provider, consultant or a contractor using something under a non-commercial use restriction would typically mean:

  • You cannot use it as part of a paid service or consulting work.
  • You cannot use it in a product, course, or report that you sell.
  • You cannot use it to promote or market a business, even if the item itself is free.
  • You cannot receive direct or indirect financial benefits from using it (e.g., through sponsorships, ads, or client work).

Engaging with workers around the Work As Done provides valuable insights for operational learning. This agent is designed for 4D, 4L and Learning Team discussions. The agent will:

  • Summarize the discussion
  • Provide emotional sentiment analysis of the workers input
  • Categorize the discussion in the 4Ls (Like, Lack, Long For and Learnt) ,and 4Ds format (Dumb, Dangerous, Difficult and Different)
  • Create problem statements in categories of systemic drivers
