Words Matter

The use of words and the context of words (Context Drives Behavior Matters) in this emergent world of AI matters.

When the word Agent is used within an organizational or workplace context, we are referring to custom built knowledge workflows for system, process and procedural workflows using AI and knowledge from our bodies of work such as HOP, Learning Teams, 4Ds, 4Ls and others, so that the Agent can take in your organization information, understand, reason with that information, summarize and feedback that information to you, to make independent decisions, just like you could do if you were reading, interpreting and "making sense" of the information to make decisions. It is important to understand that these models are becoming more capable and useful at a rapidly changing space. Just when you think you know or believe you know, or think you have gained expert understanding, it will evolve and change.


Learning Teams Inc are not in the world of being experts in AI, we are simply passionate about how technology can support organizational learning. Our Founder, Brent Sutton spent the first 20 years of his career in the world of information technology. Starting as a systems analyst in the design and build of organizational systems, processes and workflows, to risk management in data centres and finally machine learning and pattern recognition in business systems. 


Our world is about supporting organizations and the wider community to grow all things HOP for organizational learning and improving, and supporting frontline workers who face the risk everyday in doing good work. Scaling operational learning, identifying weak signals, making the complexity of systems more visible, getting leaders more curious about the dynamic nature of work and improving the design of work "BetterWork" is essential in this journey. We believe that AI has the capability and capacity to assist in that journey and support organizations to better understand and create sustainable change one bite at a time.
